Very few SMB organisations deal with Cybersecurity. As it is not their expertise, they completely rely on their ICT partner to do so. Many times, they also think that they are not interesting for an attack anyway, after all there is nothing to get.
The reality, of course, is different. Hackers continuously carry out random attacks with phishing, scanning for vulnerabilities, login attempts, etc. As a Microsoft partner, it is therefore good to be aware of the Zero Trust vision and how to better secure customers with investments in people and training.
